Contest Rules

Winners must comply with all the rules of the contest, including, but not limited to, any restrictions on age, and have not committed any fraud or deception in entering the contest or claiming the prize.  Proper identification is required to claim the prize. 

Listeners are only eligible to win every 30 days per household.

Station employees, relatives of station employees, or any sponsors of the contest are ineligible.  The winner agrees to allow the station the right to use their name, likeness, portrait or recorded voice for station promotion.

The winner acknowledges and agrees that the station has not made any warranties of any kind with respect to the prize.  Any federal, state, and local taxes are the responsibility of the winner.

All prizes must be picked up within 30 days, or they will be considered forfeited, and returned to our prize closet.
